House Rules

What should you keep in mind during your stay?

Dear holiday guests,
For the next few days, our holiday home will be your second home. We want you to feel comfortable and be able to relax. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing the house and hope that you will find everything you need. The points listed below are intended to help ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay. We are sure that you will understand these agreements. In this way, we can ensure that this wonderful accommodation remains available for you and future guests.

Quiet Hours
In the interest of good neighbourly relations, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Parking
The parking space provided to you does not constitute a safekeeping agreement. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to vehicles parked or manoeuvred on the property, or for their contents.

Keys
Please never hand over the keys to anyone else. In the event of loss, the tenant shall bear the costs of replacement.

Internet/Wi-Fi
The holiday home has a wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi). Use of the internet via the provided access code with your own Wi-Fi-enabled device, such as a notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc., is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk. The landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant’s internet use. The Wi-Fi usage rules must also be observed when using the internet access via Wi-Fi.

Liability
The landlord is not liable for guests’ valuables.

Ventilation
We kindly ask you to ventilate the holiday home sufficiently, just as you would at home.

Kitchen and Furnishings
If you are missing anything in the furnishings or need assistance, please feel free to contact us. All items located in the holiday home and on the balcony or terrace may be used by guests. Please handle the kitchen equipment, technical appliances and all inventory with care, and treat the rental property respectfully.

If an accident does happen, please let us know. Since no one enjoys a dirty kitchen, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery back into the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots or other hot objects directly on tables or worktops without using a trivet. Always use a cutting board when cutting food. Please leave the inside of the oven and microwave clean.

Waste Disposal
Waste is separated into packaging with the Green Dot, paper, glass, organic waste and residual waste. Corresponding containers are available on the property.

Please only use the rubbish bins and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with bin liners and dispose of these, securely closed, in the designated containers. No waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids or similar items may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilet, washbasin or shower. Please avoid anything that could cause blockages in the pipes, such as hygiene products in the toilet. Thank you!

Cleaning
Should a mishap occur, such as heavy dirt, spilled liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc., we kindly ask you to clean it up immediately. Please leave the holiday home swept clean upon departure and return the dishes clean to the cupboards.

Safety, Duty of Care and Sustainability
Your safety is important to us. Of course, smoke detectors are installed throughout the accommodation. Please do not use wax candles. A small fire can be extinguished immediately with a fire blanket.

For your safety, part of the courtyard area is under video surveillance. Recordings are automatically deleted after a few days.

When leaving the house, the front door should be locked. All windows must also be closed to prevent possible damage in the event of severe weather. Please use water and electricity sparingly. If possible, use the washing machine during the day, as this allows the generated photovoltaic electricity to be used directly.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the holiday home.
In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to issue an immediate ban from the premises without any refund of the rental price.

Please leave the accommodation to smoke. An ashtray is available on the terrace / balcony. Please dispose of completely cooled cigarette remains in the residual waste bin.

Pets
Pets are not permitted.

Householder’s Rights
In urgent emergency situations, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday home even without the guest’s knowledge.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the holiday home by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

By booking the holiday home, we assume that these agreements are accepted.

We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of enjoyment, relaxation and rest. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
